I can only hold your appointment for 12-24 without final confirmation depending on demand.
I often have people claim appointments and then never get back to me with their personal information even after reading my messages. If you don’t receive an appointment confirmation with my booking system it means you do not yet have an appointment. I have a lot of people reaching out and have a high demand to get their dogs groomed with me.

Policy’s and Pricing!
There is currently no change to my pricing. I just redid the list so it’s easier to read and posting it as a reminder. I also have posted my late, reschedule and no-show policy.
As always, if you have any questions, let me know!
I will be rolling out my new appointment and booking system. Which will be really great for my clients because it will have a client profile where we can keep all of your documents, such as Rabie’s vaccination, the haircut and service that you like for your dog. And there will also be an option for report cards for your pups groom each time i see them just to keep track of their health and how they are doing and I will be able to send out coupons and discounts. I will also be rolling out a loyalty program. So each time your dog has an appointment you can earn loyalty rewards.
This new system will also send out a lot more reminders, and we will be able to communicate directly through my system, instead of having to go back-and-forth between text messages and Facebook messenger.
I am just waiting for all of my client lists to be exported and then I will update you all!

These appointments will be with the bather (Austin). These are evening only appointments Monday-Thursdays and some Saturdays. Times will usually be 3-7pm. These won’t be every night just as needed and requested if his evenings are free! If they become popular appointment slots we will consider them more full time slots.

Sm: 1-17 lbs. Med: 18-40lbs. Lg: 41-80 lbs. XL: 81+ lbs.

I’m starting to send out everyone’s next appointment for their dogs!
Don’t hesitate to message me if you need something else or you are nervous I missed you!

My schedule for now is Monday-Thursday.
Monday/Wednesday: 9-1 (1pm being my last scheduled appointment time for the day)
Tuesday/Thursday: 8-12 (12pm being my last scheduled appointment time of the day)
I will no longer be taking Saturday appointments. There is however a handful of current Saturday clients I will be keeping. I will reach out to you regardless 🥰 if you’re currently a Saturday client and can switch to another time please let me know! Talk to you all soon 🐶

I’m closing my books to new clients for the rest of the year! (If you arent on a pre-booked schedule and just pop in here and there i may not be able to fit you in) please reach out if youre hoping for an appointment before next year. I’ll do my best!
I’m hoping come February I can open them back up but for now I need to take care of all of my current clients!
This weekend I will be sending every one of my clients their schedules for the remainder of the year and January/february! I have A LOT of clients so if you don’t hear from me this weekend plan on hearing from me the next!

Just a reminder that I will be offering discounts a couple of times a month for leaving a review 🥰. I will utilize an online generator to randomly select 1-2 individuals to ensure fairness. Additionally, I will be hosting a giveaway in time for Christmas, which will be an exciting one.
