Posting this again because I’ve had quite a few no-shows and last-minute reschedules over the past month.
I completely understand that emergencies happen, and this is not directed at those situations. However, I do want to remind everyone that this is my livelihood. When you make an appointment with me, that time is specifically reserved for your dog(s). When you don’t show up or cancel too late for me to have a chance to fill the appointment, I lose that income and am left with an empty spot that I could have offered to someone else.
I truly value all of my clients and understand that things come up, but I kindly ask that you please be respectful of my time and business. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible.
