The shelter also has cats! 🐱💛

Kittens often get adopted quickly, but many wonderful adult cats are still waiting and can easily be overlooked. These sweet kitties have just as much love to give and are hoping for a second chance at a forever home.

Honey’s story is one of resilience and second chances 💛🐶

She arrived at the shelter matted, flea-covered, and with a painful broken tooth. With care, grooming, and dental treatment sponsored by Friends of Sonoma County Animals, Honey was finally able to feel like herself again.
And the best part — she was adopted on her very first day available! 🏡✨
A beautiful reminder that every bit of care can change a life.

Marlow has been waiting far too long—over 250 days in the shelter—and he’s still holding onto hope. Despite being blind, he navigates the world with so much trust, love, and resilience.
