Meet Thor. He’s a 10 year old German shepherd who has called our shelter home for well over a year now. He has seen many puppies come and go. Sadly he has a hair loss problem caused by a pancreas issue for which he is on meds and supplements. In the meantime he has been overlooked repeatedly- He has not been adopted out because he does not look pretty. People come and look for puppies or beautiful dogs they never come to find a dog with imperfections. Thor is a great dog with a beautiful personality despite his unlucky past. He is waiting for the perfect home where he can be loved and be seen for the special guy he is.

*****HIS PERFECT HOME is a single dog home, he does not do well with cats or other dogs. He also needs someone who will be dedicated and keep up with his medicine and supplements for his pancreas issue. He loves people and you will be rewarded with much love and plenty of time playing fetch- he loves running around with a ball in his mouth ready to play fetch at any given moment. *****
