โœ‹๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿพ Why do veterinarians take rabies so seriously?

Cases in wildlife are rising in some areas, which is important data for us! Rabies is contagious, almost always fatal once symptoms appear, and preventable through vaccination.

Cases are extremely low in people and pets across the US! Vaccines for pets are one of the most impactful and simple things weโ€™ve done to achieve this level of control.

Please check in with your primary vet, keep those vaccines current, and stay safe! โค๏ธ

Happy bday, Frankie Steen! ๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ‰

Frankie found her forever home from ๐—•๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ ๐—ปโ€™ ๐—•๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐——๐—ผ๐—ด ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฒ 13 years ago, when she was just a pup. It was love at first sight.

Her bday meal consisted of organic plain canned pumpkin, her dog food, and topped with her favorite dehydrated fish treats, obviously.

This pet parent brought her pup in for a wellness exam and what did we find? Bit of a rocky road! ๐Ÿชจ๐Ÿ›˜๐ŸชจWe ultimately scooped out a haul of bladder stones and sent her back happily home. ๐Ÿพ
