If you are an exceptional, smart, efficient and proactive client service super star, who is a quick thinker, then we want you to join our excellent and friendly reception staff. You must also be a team player, compassionate, computer savvy, polished in demeanor, love animals and people and be personable and outgoing. Especially now, because we are providing curbside service during COVID-19, you will be on the phone with our great clients, a majority of the time.

Requirements:
• Relevant experience working in a veterinary practice is very desirable and at least one year of experience in client service is a must
• AVImark software experience is preferred

Our three hospitals within Santa Barbara Veterinary Group are multi-doctor small animal practices that specialize in providing high quality and compassionate care for our patients. We diagnose and treat patients with innovative technology, including digital radiography (general and dental), Sevoflurane anesthesia, LifeWindows monitoring (EKG, ETCo2, SpO2), endoscopy and cardiac and abdominal ultrasound.
You will assist doctors and other staff who treat our patients (dogs, cats, small mammals) with compassionate care and with strong attention to detail. You will interact with our great clients who love their pets, providing top-notch customer service. Again, especially now, because we are providing curbside service during COVID-19, you will be on the phone with our great clients, a majority of the time.
