💚 North Texas Giving Day is more than a fundraiser for B2B. It is about keeping a place alive that has changed so many lives!
Born 2 Be Therapeutic Equestrian Center has been blessed to be part of the lives of so many incredible individuals and families. For us, the horses are so much more than horses. They are partners, teachers, healers, friends, and a source of confidence and connection.
For our participants with neurodivergencies, the relationship they build with a horse can open doors that are sometimes difficult to open anywhere else. There is something incredibly powerful about sitting beside a horse, learning to communicate with them, gaining their trust, and realizing, “I can do this.” We have watched our riders grow in confidence, independence, strength, communication, and self-esteem. We have celebrated milestones, overcome challenges, and shared countless smiles and tears along the way. Some of these relationships have lasted for decades. We have participants who first came to B2B 25 years ago who are still benefiting today by continuing to ride. Think about that for a moment. Twenty-five years of riding!! Twenty-five years of friendships. Twenty-five years of memories made with us and our horses! 🐎
That is why North Texas Giving Day is so incredibly important to us.
This fundraiser has always been one of the times of year that helps B2B the most. Your donations help us take care of the very horses who make all of this possible.

🌾 Hay and feed
🪣 Daily care and necessities for our horses
🤠 The upkeep and expenses of keeping our therapy barn running
🏆 Opportunities for our riders to travel and compete with their horses
🐎 The continued ability to provide equine-assisted therapy to the people who count on us
Our horses give everything they have to our participants. They show up every day, patiently and faithfully, ready to help someone learn, grow, heal, or simply have a good day.

It is helping make sure that a child, teenager, adult, or lifelong participant can continue to walk through our barn and experience the incredible connection between human and horse!
