It is dedicated to offering the opportunity for individuals with disabilities to become all they were Born 2 Be through a partnership with the horse. Born 2 Be is a therapeutic riding and carriage driving program dedicated to providing the opportunity for individuals to become all they were Born 2 Be through a partnership with the horse. We are located in Sanger, TX just north of Denton, south of

Gainesville and accessible from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We serve individuals with physical, educational, intellectual and emotional disabilities, including military veterans. Each lesson is a team effort of people and horses working together to accomplish a common goal.

At Born2Be Therapeutic Equestrian Center, our horses are more than just horses- they’re healers, teachers, confidence-builders, and steady partners for every rider who comes to our barn. As a nonprofit, we operate entirely through donations and the generosity of our community.
And let’s just say… our four-legged therapists go through a lot of hay. 😉

The Chisholm Challenge brings together disabled and veteran equestrians in a variety of competitions from showmanship to ranch riding.
