Meet Luna! 🌙🐾 Five months old, full of opinions, and apparently under the impression that her family doubles as chew toys. 😂

She’s here for our puppy board & train to work on those bitey tendencies, big excitement, and foundational obedience!

But first… Waylon has entered the chat. 🐶💨 The girl who’s been running her household is now running for her life—and this tiny guy is keeping UP. 🤣

This happy little guy spent the week with us for some boarding and refresher training! 🐶

Ranger enjoyed plenty of playtime, lots of love, and a little brushing up on his obedience skills. It’s always a pleasure having this sweet boy back with us!

Onyx’s first distracted leash walk came with a little extra chaos! 🐾 An off-leash Belgian Malinois and a nine-year-old zooming by on a scooter? Plenty to think about! 😂

He’s learning to walk calmly beside our kennel tech—even when everything else is moving. Was it perfect? Nope! But working through distractions is how progress happens. Way to go, Onyx! 🖤

An open gate is not an invitation to exit. 🐕

Just because the gate opens doesn’t mean my dog gets to rush through it.

I want my dog to understand that the open gate isn’t the release — I am.

He waits calmly, and when I give him permission, then he exits.

It’s a simple exercise, but it builds impulse control, patience, and teaches your dog to look to you for direction instead of making every decision on his own.

Open door ≠ Go.

Release command = Go.
