Hi everyone- first off, Thank you for your orders! For the most part, our shipping does very well. This summer, we have had troubles with both the post office and UPS, they lose packages, they don’t deliver, they send packages back, they damage packages and then throw them away … please know that we will always work with you to ensure that you receive your product. We want you to receive your product, we never charge anybody extra to reship, even though the PO and UPS never seem to step up to the plate and be accountable. One time, we found through the local post office that the truck had actually caught on fire and burned up, yet they still would not pay the $100 insurance on one of our packages, so please just know that we are trying! We will ALWAYS make it right by you and we want you to use Red Hot Aminos!!

Next, please have patience with the office. We do our best to get your orders out in the most timely manner possible, as long as we have the product in stock. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Your address that you have in Shopify is downloaded to our shipping system. Please double check to make sure it is shipping to the right address, by the time your email gets to the right inbox, your product has probably already shipped:)

Also,  please make sure your phone number is on your order, this helps if we have an issue or question about your order and it is the fastest way for us to reach you.
