Please be mindful that cats will hide in the engine compartment of our vehicles to shelter from the cold! Some will hide in the wheel well and may not hear you getting into your vehicle. It is a good practice to knock on your hood and wait a few minutes before driving off.

Due to the new and limited information regarding the mysterious canine upper
respiratory disease, this is what we recommend for now:

Make sure your dog has received their Bordetella vaccine within the past 6
months (recommended) to 12 months (minimum).

Make sure you dog has received their Canine Influenza Bivalent vaccine (H3N2
& H3N8 strains) within the past 12 months (minimum).

Bordetella can be safely boostered every 6 months. Canine Influenza can be
boostered safely every 12 months, up to 4-8 weeks early if needed.

You may practice social distancing protocols; attempt to avoid dog parks
where other dogs' vaccination statuses are unknown. Consider requesting
grooming services via a mobile groomer if possible.

These recommendations may change as more information is available to us. Please call or text us with any additional concerns.
