Appointment Policy 🐾

To better serve all of our clients and make the best use of our appointment times, we'd like to share our scheduling policy.

Every appointment is reserved specifically for your pet. Last-minute cancellations and reschedules often leave appointment times that cannot be filled.

🗓️ 24-Hour Notice Requested
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

💳 Future Appointments
Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may be required to pay a 50% booking deposit before scheduling future appointments.

✔️ Deposits are applied toward your groom.
✔️ Deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 24 hours' notice.
❌ Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations, last-minute reschedules, or no-shows.

🤎Emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.

As always I appreciate your understanding and continued support. 🖤
