Don’t wait untill the last minute to refill your pups calming medications!!! 💊🎇
Not all dogs enjoy the sound of fireworks. In fact, it is very scary to a lot of pups.

🎆 There is usually a 30%-60% increase in lost dogs between July 4th - 6th.
🎇 40%-50% of dogs have anxiety or fear towards fireworks.
🎆 July 5th is typically the busiest day for animal control officers and lost pet calls.

Get ahead of the rush and anxiety! Refill your pups medications NOW, not July 1st.
Ways to keep your pup safe and calm (other than medications):
🧥 Thunder Jacket/compression suit!
🕹️ Brain games! (Frozen kongs, treat puzzles, snuffle mats, long term chews, etc.)
🚪 Keep them contained! Kennels, locked doors and windows, tethering, etc.
🎧 Ear muffs!
🦴 Calming chews!

What you need to know…
🐩 Any breed, age, and training level are welcome!
📝 You’ll receive a personalized training plan prior to training!
🧾 You’ll also receive training reviews after each session!
📚 Training reviews include how/what they did and your “homework”!
🤑 $30 for 30 minutes of hands on, one-on-one training!
🗓️ Training slots available Tues-Thurs from 4pm-6pm!
📍Your pup must attend daycare or boarding at Petz Prefurred that same day.

REMINDER!! ☀️ With the summer temperatures rising and our pups loving all the outdoor time, we have to remember their paw pads! 🐾

Walks are awesome this time of year, lots of smells, critters, and new places to see! 🦮 Make sure you check with your own hand how warm the sidewalk/road is before you decide to walk your pups paws on it! 🖐🏼 Your pup will thank you! 🐶

⛑️🐾TODAY IS NATIONAL PET DISASTER PREPAREDNESS DAY!🐾⛑️

Your pets are apart of your family and they are extremely dependent on YOU especially during emergency situations. Make sure they are included in your disaster/emergency plans!

🏠 Do they have a safe place to stay with someone to care for them if you are away? Or can they come with you?
🍗 Do you have enough food/water to last at least a week?
🅱️ Back up options for shelter, care, etc.?
🪪 Is your pet microchipped?
💊 Necessities such as thunder jackets, warm coat, medications, calming treats, first aid, etc.?
