To help keep my schedule organized, please text me to book an appointment before sending payment.

As a mobile groomer, my schedule fills quickly and I often have limited availability. Sending payment does not automatically reserve a spot on my calendar unless we have confirmed a date and time first.

Once we’ve agreed on an appointment, payment can be sent on the day of the appointment, unless I okayed early payment.

💚 Important Business & Hours Update 💚

Sadly, I’ve started having more medical flare-ups due to the heat, and I HAVE to make sure I’m taking care of myself in order to continue taking the best possible care of your babies ❤️

As many of you know, I am a full-time single mom and run this business completely on my own. I truly appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

Because of this, I will now officially be working:
🐾 Tuesday–Saturday
🐾 7:00am – Last Groom at 4:00pm

I WILL NOT be working Sundays or Mondays. These are my days for rest, recovery, family time, and administrative work.

I am also currently trying very hard to find another groomer who offers the same style of one-on-one mobile/in-home grooming for larger breeds, because sadly I can no longer physically handle large and XL dogs the way I once could. It has started taking a very large toll on my body, and this decision has honestly been heartbreaking for me.

🐾 IF I HAVE ALREADY BEEN GROOMING YOUR LARGE/XL DOGS, PLEASE DON’T WORRY! 🐾
I will continue grooming my current large breed clients. However, I will be asking for assistance with lifting support and preventing dogs from jumping off the table for everyone’s safety.

At this time, I am no longer accepting new large or XL breed clients.

I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate everyone’s understanding, patience, and continued support more than I can put into words 💚

Hey everyone 💚

I just wanted to make a small post and thank my clients for being patient and understanding lately. Running a small grooming business completely on my own while also being a single mom means life can get a little chaotic sometimes, and despite my best efforts, occasional scheduling mistakes or delays can happen.

I genuinely care about every single appointment, every dog, and every family that supports me. If I ever need to reschedule, run behind, or fix a scheduling mix-up, please know it’s never out of lack of care. I’m balancing a physically demanding job, health issues behind the scenes, motherhood, and a business all at once.

Because of my health and workload, I have also had to start limiting the number of dogs I take. At this time I am booking about 2 to 3 weeks out and will no longer be squeezing extra appointments into already full days. I need to make sure I’m taking care of myself so I can continue providing safe, quality grooming for your pups long term. 💚

If you’d like an earlier appointment, I’m happy to add you to my cancellation list in case something opens up!

I appreciate the kindness and grace so many of you show me, more than you know. Small businesses are run by real people, not giant corporations, and your understanding means everything to me.

I am doing everything the same way Jill did!
I come to your home, groom your pups, you can stay with us as always, and the prices are the same! I have notes from Jill on each client and I would love to keep you on the same schedule, grooming style, and way of the business.

If you’re a Rockin Pawz original, I appreciate you taking the time and consideration to make the changes with my company as it continues to grow and change from home based to mobile! I am mentally much happier doing my job this way, a definitely see a huge difference in myself and the pups! I am getting better in my skills, and they are more comfortable!

I will have my official pricing sheet here soon, and the booking app will go back online, BUT I will have to verify all appointments to make sure they align properly, that being said I will be removing deposits on there.

I no longer am accepting dogs out of my home. (IF WE HAVE DISCUSSED OTHERWISE IGNORE) this limits the stress on my family and pets, as this is my parent’s home.

I do most of my clients mobile now and I will be grouping available appointments based on your location.
