🐴 Horse of the Week: Swayze 🐴

This week we’re introducing Swayze, our 5-year-old with a bright future ahead of him.

Swayze comes from a cow horse background, giving him all the buttons and making him an absolute pleasure to ride around every day. He has a kind, willing personality that makes him easy to enjoy both in and out of the arena.

Right now, our focus is on helping him become more confident in the box and sharpening up his face as we continue his progression as a head horse. He’s making steady improvements, and we’re excited about where he’s headed.

Our goal is to have Swayze ready for the Riata in September, with hopes of eventually showcasing him in the Rancho Rio Horse Sale.

We can’t wait to watch this talented young horse continue to develop. Stay tuned to follow his journey! 🤠

I’m not crying, I swear 🥰 ok, maybe I am but these are tears of joy!

I’ll have a lot more to say once it all settles in. But I have been honoured to have Waylon, share in his journey, and I am absolutely thrilled about his new home.
