Senior dog lovers meet Dahlia who is calm and easygoing most of the time, but every now and then she gets the zoomies. And, it's absolutely adorable. She enjoys getting out and exploring and playing ball. Dahlia especially loves spending time with volunteers and settling in for pets and all-over body rubs.

Dahlia needs to be the only pet in the home. So if you're looking for a sweet companion who enjoys a little playtime, lots of affection, and being by your side, this lovely girl may be the one for you.

Meet our bonded pair Orville and Wilbur. Found lost together, they were picked up and brought to Harbor Shelter. These 2 are the cutest pair and are very bonded and must be adopted together. Orville is the smaller dog but he is the boss and dominant one. Wilbur can’t be separated from Orville and is very anxious without him. They are the funniest odd couple but love each other.

These 2 dogs are friendly, outgoing, give plenty of kisses, and loves everyone they meet. If you want to adopt a big and small dog together please consider this adorable pair.

We are excited to share that our beautiful Sky has been ADOPTED! The wife visited Sky a couple of times and then the husband met her and they decided she was the one. Their dog passed away from old age and they were ready to adopt. Congratulations and we look forward to updates.

URGENT! MUST EXIT 9-8 BY 4PM
Meet Jada! This sweet, gentle girl is easygoing, and playful. She takes a little time to warm up, but once she does, she's affectionate and engaging. She knows sit, takes treats gently, and loves being petted — especially head massages, and she'll ask for more if you stop. She chases the ball and is still figuring out fetch.

Jada has cherry eye which needs to be fixed. She is easy to walk, appears dog friendly in playgroup, and seems potty trained. A sweet, calm, and gentle soul who just needs a little patience to shine.

Pablo is a sweet, sensitive, and handsome dog who is ready to be your loyal companion and best friend.
This gorgeous boy greets people by rolling over for belly rubs. He adores human company and is happiest staying close to you.

Pablo can feel a bit anxious in the shelter environment, but once he's out in the yard he settles in quickly—finding his happy place right next to you. He is playful, goofy, and is hard to resist.

Pablo is currently urgent-listed because he can be jumpy and mouthy on leash. He is dog-selective and he will do best with a carefully matched confident canine companion or as an only dog.

Pablo is looking for a patient, experienced home that can help him build confidence on leash and give him the steady companionship he craves. This sweet boy is waiting to meet you at the Harbor Shelter.

Meet Orejas. He is an affectionate, excitable little guy who absolutely loves attention. He’s all about kisses, cuddles, and pets. He is missing one ear but he is still cute. He has lots of playful energy with short bursts of running and plenty of enthusiasm when he sees volunteers.

He knows sit, loves treats, and is getting better on leash. He can get jumpy and barky when he’s excited, but he responds to gentle redirection.

Orejas will do best with someone who can provide structure, training, and plenty of positive outlets for his energy. If you’re looking for an affectionate, goofy little companion Orejas might be your guy!

Introducing SULLY! This handsome, soulful boy needs a new foster or forever home by September 10 or Sully is shelter bound.

Sully is loyal, obedient, and looks to his guardian for direction and guidance. He is calm and mild mannered, loving, affectionate, enjoys cuddle time, petting, melting into relaxation. Sully does well when left alone and is crate trained. He knows basic commands and takes treats gently. Sully can be goofy and is super playful, too! He loves running in the yard with the resident Frenchie lizard hunting, being silly, and doing joyful zoomies.

Initially pulls on leash but once he has settled he is great on leash. Sully can be leash reactive on walks so he will need a guardian that continues to help Sully build confidence. He needs structure, routine, predictability and boundaries a must.

Dog friendly with proper intro’s and a home with a confident, friendly dog would be wonderful for Sully! This very special boxer bonds deeply and is sure to steal your heart. If a foster or forever home cannot be found Sully will be returned to Harbor Shelter.

Senior dog lovers meet our adorable little dog Whiskey. He arrived matted and neglected and had to be shaved. He’ll look even cuter when his coat grows out. Although Whiskey is vision impaired, that doesn’t keep him from exploring and enjoying life. He gets around just fine and loves the comfort of a lap and being petted. We hope someone sees our post and gives our wonderful Whiskey a home where he feels safe and loved.
