Mishu still matters to us. Let us tell you why.

In early 2021, a well-loved stray forever changed our lives.

Diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma, our team dedicated their time to provide a life full of compassion and care, no matter how much time he had. He was not supposed to live beyond two months but made it much longer. Mishu was a loyal clinic cat who brought joy, humor, and so much more to everyone he met. Mishu left a legacy of humor, patience, and passion for life.

Give a warm welcome to Dr. Olga Maderich - our newly added neurologist/neurosurgeon!

Beginning in September, we are thrilled to be able offer neurology services and appointments for the pets of our community.

A little bit about Dr. Maderich: A UC Davis alumna, Dr. Maderich earned her DVM in 2020 before completing a rotating internship at BluePearl Seattle Veterinary Specialists, followed by a neurology specialty internship and Neurology & Neurosurgery residency at VCA Animal Specialty Group in Los Angeles.

Her clinical interests include neurosurgery, physical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.

✨ LET THERE BE LIGHT! ✨

Class IV laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses therapeutic light energy to help reduce pain and inflammation while supporting circulation and tissue healing. It can be a helpful part of recovery for dogs following surgery, injury, or other painful conditions. 🐾

At Lenity, we’re always looking for ways to help our patients feel more comfortable throughout their recovery. Thanks to Khari and her adorable patient Willow for letting us interrupt their session.

🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

There’s something especially sweet about seeing a patient finally settle in, get comfortable, and rest after a procedure. A soft pillow, a cozy bed, and a quiet moment can make a big difference while they recover.

Today, we’re celebrating all the dogs who bring so much joy into our lives — including the ones spending part of their day with us. We’re honored to care for them, keep a close eye on them, and give them a little extra comfort while they heal. 💙🐶

When medically appropriate, we love giving our hospitalized patients a chance to step outside for some fresh air, sunshine, and a change of scenery. Even a short, quiet walk can provide mental stimulation, gentle movement, and a welcome break from the hospital environment.

For patients recovering from surgery, like this sweet pup, these little moments of normalcy can be an important part of their stay. 💙

Of course, every outing is tailored to the patient’s condition and care plan — but when we can safely get them outside, we’re happy to do it! 🐶☀️

We had such a fun time supporting the senior community in Half Moon Bay last Friday with Senior Coastsiders and their Pet Buddy Program.

With a name like King Leonidas, no wonder sweet Leo gets his own cozy cardboard hideaway AND extra gentle snuggles from the team.

With his gorgeous, fluffy fur and adorable black button nose - we loved getting to spend time with this regal gentleman during his recent trip to Lenity.

Thanks for an awesome day, San Mateo!

Some of the Lenity crew joined the fun at Bark In The Park last Saturday for a day filled with sunshine, dogs a plenty, yummy food trucks, and awesome vendors. We are PROUD to be a San Mateo business and show support to the community.
