We are excited to announce our first donation-based class at the barn, Adapted Chair Yoga! This is an excellent option for beginners, seniors, those with special needs and/or anyone with mobility issues. The class is designed to address the needs of every individual. We structure the sequence with modified movements that provide the same benefits of traditional poses- enhanced strength, pain management, and stress reduction (to name a few)!
