Welcome new senior Ronnie T (fka Roche/A2265158) from the LA Animal Services West Valley shelter.

This pint sized shepherd mix was happy to get freedom treats after making the trip north to Thulani! So far she's been a real love, and we can't wait to learn more about her.

Hey Ma, look at me! I’m standing on all fours!

MacTruck, the handsome guy on the right, is doing great after his second surgery. His left front wrist was repaired and he is able to bear weight again. Mac is continuing to recover at his Thulani foster home, where he is easing into routine activity.

Holy Methuselah Batman, Bob Jachens is having another birthday. He will be 87 years old. We just can't get rid of that...

Wow! Our very talented volunteer Carol L recently surprised Thulani founder Bob Jachens with a beautiful handmade quilt that she designed and stitched. Carol and her husband Bob L are longtime supporters and repeat adopters. This incredible piece of art features pictures of the Thulani seniors they have adopted over the years.

Bob J said "I honestly am still speechless and overwhelmed with emotion regarding this incredible gift. I will treasure it and it will occupy a place of respect and honor in my home and heart."

Thank you to Carol for honoring and loving so many Thulani pups, we are lucky to have such a strong and supportive community!

Rainbow Bridge 🌈

It's with heavy hearts that we share Mia unexpectedly went to the rainbow bridge 💙

While Mia's time with us was far too short, we are deeply grateful to her foster family for loving and spoiling her during her golden days with Thulani. She knew comfort, she knew joy, and she knew she was cherished 🐕

We recently shared photos of Mia with her new senior-friendly Kong toys - a perfect example of the thoughtful care her foster provided. Those moments of happiness matter, even when time is shorter than we hope 💕

To Mia's foster family: Thank you for opening your heart and home to her. Thank you for the soft toys, the gentle care, and all the love you gave. ✨
