Looks like I'm on my way to normal blood pressure. I'd been hypertensive for years, had a cardiac scare over the summer, and had a friend younger than me get cut down by hypertension, so I implemented some changes a couple months ago. Today, seeing my resulting numbers, both below 120/80 for the first time in ages, is an early xmas gift to myself. Feeling like a fighter!
