Tron the Dog

Hello World! I am Tron the dog. I lived in San Francisco, but now chasing rainbows in the sky.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to Tron! We love you and miss you every single day ❤️ I hope you and all your buddies are having a blast somewhere over the rainbow. 🌈

The Tronicles 2017 | The Backpack Edition
Post-surgery life meant slowing down, but Tron refused to be left behind. Our solution? The Timbuk2 Mutt Mover. Suddenly, Tron had a chauffeur! He was seen all over the city braving BART, cruising on the Ferry, and navigating the busy streets of downtown SF. He’d hop right in, poke his head out the side window, and survey his kingdom like a tiny, furry VIP. Why walk when you can be carried?

The Tronicles 2017 | Fight Like a Frenchie Edition
2017 brought an unexpected challenge: Tron was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. It was a scary chapter filled with vet visits and a major surgery, but Tron handled it like a true warrior.
The silver lining? Recovery required strict orders for maximum bed rest, and Tron was thrilled. He finally realized his lifelong dream of being glued to our side 24/7! While it was a difficult time, it resulted in an incredible amount of premium, high-quality snuggling. Sometimes, the best way to fight back is with a long nap and a lot of love. ❤️

The Tronicles 2017 | The Event Ambassador Edition: By 2017, Tron was a certified local celebrity. He was on a “meet-and-greet” tour where he was invited to show up and just look iconic. The two major events of the year were:
Petcube at Spark Social: Tron “worked the room” as a local celeb, which mostly meant a very thorough walk through of the snacks available while vibing to live music and taking photos with fans.
The Fido 500: Tron was invited to celebrate all of the fun dogs in costumes. While they did the hard work of racing in car costumes, Tron stayed in “Guest of Honor” mode watching from the sidelines and offering judgmental snorts to the slow-pokes.

The Tronicles 2017 | The Foodie Edition
Tron never missed a reservation! In 2017, he was our most consistent dining companion, joining us at restaurants all over town.
Whether we were hitting a sunny patio in the Mission or a cozy outdoor spot downtown, Tron was a pro at the “restaurant tuck.” He’d settle in under the table, look extremely sophisticated, and wait patiently for that inevitable piece of crust or stray snack that might fall his way. He may not have ordered off the menu, but he definitely gave every meal a five-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Tronicles 2017 | The Buddies Edition
Tron loved taking his friendships from the screen to the streets! 2017 was the year of the “IRL Meetup,” where he finally got to put faces to IG handles.
And of course, these social gatherings usually followed the same pattern: 10% sniffing, 20% playing, and 70% staring at the humans waiting for someone to drop a treat. He loved his squad because life is just better with your besties by your side! friends buddies

Ok let’s kick off another year of the story of Tron; here’s what Tron’s life looked like in 2017

The Tronicles 2017 | The At Home Edition: Tron was no stranger to the comforts of the home, when he wasn’t out galavanting around town, he was cozied up like a tiny, snoring gargoyle in front of the fireplace or snuggled deep in his bed with his favorite toys.

The Tronicles 2016 | The Best of the Rest
Sometimes the best moments are the ones that don’t have a category!. This is a collection of my favorite "miscellaneous" photos from 2016 the candid snoozes, the funny faces, and the everyday magic that made life with Tron so special. It was a year of big adventures and quiet cuddles, and these shots capture it all.

The Tronicles 2016 | The Beach Edition
If Tron had a "happy place," it was definitely the beach. Our favorite go-to was Crissy Field, right under the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. He had so many adventures there throughout his life, feeling the salt air and the sand between his toes. Here are some of our favorite coastal highlights from 2016 sand, surf, and one very happy Frenchie. 🏖️🌉

The Tronicles 2016 | The Photography Edition
They say everyone has a muse, and mine just happened to have four legs and wrinkles. Tron was the reason I picked up my camera again; he inspired me to get back into photography just so I could capture his unique essence. Here are a few of my favorite “artsy” shots from 2016 where the lighting was just right and his soul really shined through.
