Sometimes the best moments are the ones that don’t have a category!. This is a collection of my favorite "miscellaneous" photos from 2016 the candid snoozes, the funny faces, and the everyday magic that made life with Tron so special. It was a year of big adventures and quiet cuddles, and these shots capture it all.

The Tronicles 2016 | The Beach Edition
If Tron had a "happy place," it was definitely the beach. Our favorite go-to was Crissy Field, right under the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. He had so many adventures there throughout his life, feeling the salt air and the sand between his toes. Here are some of our favorite coastal highlights from 2016 sand, surf, and one very happy Frenchie. 🏖️🌉

The Tronicles 2016 | The Photography Edition
They say everyone has a muse, and mine just happened to have four legs and wrinkles. Tron was the reason I picked up my camera again; he inspired me to get back into photography just so I could capture his unique essence. Here are a few of my favorite “artsy” shots from 2016 where the lighting was just right and his soul really shined through.

9- The Tronicles 2016| FauxTron Edition: In the summer of 2016 we were able to travel to Europe for an adventure through England and Germany. Since, Tron couldn’t hop on the plane himself, we did the next best thing: we created Faux Tron!

This little laminated version of our boy joined us for every stop. He “grabbed a pint” in the pubs of London, toured the bustling Alexanderplatz in Berlin, and even took in the history at the Odeonsplatz in Munich. He might have been flat, but his personality was as big as ever across the Atlantic!

8. The Tronicles 2016 | The Wine & Beer Edition:
Tron proved himself quite the refined tag-along this year, joining us for every vineyard tour and brewery hop. While he strictly stuck to the “water menu,” he took his role as a designated taster very seriously—mostly by scouting out the premium hydration. A huge shoutout to the wineries and breweries that always made sure his water bowl was just as top-shelf as our flights!

The Tronicles 2016| The Street Art Edition: Living in the Mission we were surrounded by amazing street art. Tron became a connoisseur and enjoyed posing in front of some of his favorite pieces.

7- The Tronicles 2016| The Restaurant Edition: Tron was always a food connoisseur so we had hi tag along to some of our restaurant outings with us. San Francisco was such a dog friendly town, he was a welcome site for all of the restaurant staff to see.

6- The Tronicles 2016|The Funny Clown Edition: They say French Bulldogs are the clowns of the dog breeds, and Tron definitely proved that to be true. He was a professional goofball!
Since he was such a funny little guy, we took full advantage of his theatrical talent. We had him do all sorts of hilarious things—like wearing silly outfits, starring in funny memes, and even playing with Snapchat filters. The list goes on and on!
Honestly, we didn't just have a dog; we had a live-in comedian! He was always ready to perform his funny little acts, usually for the low price of one belly rub and a piece of kibble.

5- The Tronicles 2016| The Kids love Tron Edition: In 2016, Tron’s biggest fans were the Kids' Crew! Any time our nieces, nephews, or friends' kids were around, Tron was a massive hit—the kids loved his snorts and snuggles, and he loved the fact they would accidentally drop some goldfish crackers on the ground. Any tiny, crumb-sized snacks that fell to the floor were immediately claimed by Tron, the ultimate Frenchie vacuum. He knew the truth: where there are kids, there are crumbs.

11- The Tronicles: The Holidays Edition: Tron loved all of the holiday’s from Valentine's day to Halloween, but he especially loved the Christmas season.

A little throwback to 2016 when Tron got to sit with Santa and ask for all the treats! I’m sure he was a good boy and received everything he wished for!

4- The Tron and Siri 2016 Edition: This year wouldn’t have been complete without the many adventures with Tron’s bestie, Siri! Tron and Siri were the ultimate adventure duo, determined to sample the finest things life (and the surrounding area) had to offer. They went to parks to scout out the finest sniffing spots. They charmed the wait staff into getting treats at the most dog friendly restaurants in town. The even traveled north to sniff some fine wines at the wineries and drink only the purest water the wineries had to offer.
