Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]. Cancellations received by 5pm pacific time on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations after 5pm Tuesday, September 15, 2026 will not be refunded, unless we are able to fill your working spot (processing fee will be charged). This cancellation and refund policy applies to participants that must withdraw for any reason including but not limited to injury, illness, emergency, and personal or work-related reasons.
