Team Spotlight - Natache Menezes

Manager - University Heights

in Brazil, Natache has been passionate about dogs since childhood-thanks to a little Lhasa Apso named Lobinho. With a background in retail and human behavioral therapy, she brings deep empathy to Mimo.

Her heart dog, Tiny Spikey Mikey, who lives with neurological challenges, inspired her to study animal behavior. Today, she ensures every pup is treated with patience, care, and styled to perfection, just like Mikey.
