Tis that season, everyone! Beware loud noises that scare your pets. Keep them identified and have some pictures handy that can be shared. Bring their kennels along to parties just in case. Carrying an extra leash in your car may assist with catching random found dogs while you're out & about. You'll see lots of great ideas floating around out on social media- mainly boils down to Be Extra Prepared!
The loud noises are coming. Expect fireworks BOTH the 3rd and 4th and have a plan if your dogs are noise reactive. Even if your dogs are not bothered by the sounds, you may have more people than usual going in and out. An open door or gate could lead to a runaway.
