šŸšØ A reminder about NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS šŸšØ

Not showing up for your grooming appointment isnā€™t just ā€œno big deal.ā€ It genuinely hurts small businesses and the people behind them.

When you donā€™t show:
šŸ¾ That appointment could have gone to another client who was waiting for an opening.
ā° That time was specifically reserved for you and your pup.
šŸ’° Thatā€™s income a small business loses ā€” and we still have bills, supplies, rent, and expenses to pay.
šŸ‘Øā€šŸ‘©ā€šŸ‘§ā€šŸ‘¦ Most importantly, thatā€™s time we could have spent with our families, but instead weā€™re sitting and waiting for an appointment that never shows.

As a groomer, I set aside more than just a time slot. I prepare my day around each dog and each client.

I completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up. Things happen that are out of our control. ā¤ļø

But if you know you canā€™t make your appointment, please communicate with your groomer as soon as possible. Even a simple text can make a huge difference and gives us a chance to offer that spot to someone else.

Please remember: behind every small business is a person, a family, and a lot of time and hard work. šŸ™šŸ¾

Thank you to everyone who respects my time, keeps their appointments, and supports my small business. It truly means more than you know. ā¤ļø

Freshly fluffed, freshly groomed, and rocking that tiny blue bow like a crown under the salon lights.

If this were your pupā€”would you keep the bow on or take it off?

08/26/2026

Three freshly groomed pups, bows on and tongues out, lined up like the ultimate pick-up crew at Pet Palace. Iā€™m choosing the little fluff with the red bow firstā€”equal parts ā€œIā€™m innocentā€ and ā€œI run this place.ā€

Which one are you taking home? Book your next groom and let your pup join the crew.
