🚨 A reminder about NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS 🚨
Not showing up for your grooming appointment isn’t just “no big deal.” It genuinely hurts small businesses and the people behind them.
When you don’t show:
🐾 That appointment could have gone to another client who was waiting for an opening.
⏰ That time was specifically reserved for you and your pup.
💰 That’s income a small business loses — and we still have bills, supplies, rent, and expenses to pay.
👨👩👧👦 Most importantly, that’s time we could have spent with our families, but instead we’re sitting and waiting for an appointment that never shows.
As a groomer, I set aside more than just a time slot. I prepare my day around each dog and each client.
I completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up. Things happen that are out of our control. ❤️
But if you know you can’t make your appointment, please communicate with your groomer as soon as possible. Even a simple text can make a huge difference and gives us a chance to offer that spot to someone else.
Please remember: behind every small business is a person, a family, and a lot of time and hard work. 🙏🐾
