Cat Lounge family, we urgently need your help to take care of our sweet Sophia girl! ‼️🐱🚨She has a a mast cell tumor that needs to be removed, and we need to get aspirates of her spleen and lymph nodes to check for metastasis😔🩺 Donated funds will go towards everything you can see in the estimate from the vet, plus the spleen cytology and aspirate (not included in the estimate here) as well as the FNA (fine needle aspiration) that was already performed🐾 Depending on the findings from the lumpectomy, this could be just the first step in Sophia’s care🙏 If you’re able to contribute to her cause, you can donate through the Instagram fundraiser attached to this post, or on Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle: [email protected]💕 Truly every little bit counts, and we are so grateful for every donation, share, and repost🙌

Please help us take care of Felix! 🙏 He’s a neighborhood cat that we recently met, and we believe was left behind by his previous owner because he is incredibly sweet and is comfortable with people🥺 We are raising money to get him into a foster home and fully vetted so we can safely bring him into the Lounge🐾 Funds will go towards his neuter, vaccinations, flea medication, dewormer, and a f***l test🩺 Once he’s cleared to join our other kitties at the Lounge, we will work to find him a forever home🏡🩷

Just weeks ago, we thought we would be forced to close the doors to The Cat Lounge. 💔
Rising costs and the increasing medical needs of the cats we rescue had made it impossible to keep going, and we were preparing to shut down.
Then, something incredible happened. 🥹 One of our supporters stepped forward with an extraordinary gift that gave us the time we desperately needed to remain open. 🎉
After seven years and more than 6,000 cats finding loving homes, The Cat Lounge isn’t ready to say goodbye just yet. ❤️
But this isn’t the end of the story. We still need our community behind us to keep The Cat Lounge here for years to come.
Whether you’ve adopted from us, visited us, donated, volunteered, shared our posts, or are just learning about us today—you can help us keep going. 🐱💕
Here’s to a second chance for The Cat Lounge. 🙏
