SoCal Shih Tzu GT-R SoCal Shih Tzu GT-R was inspired by my autistic son who helps socialize & train puppies for children. Hello, I am Amy. The sire is AKC registered and is 9 lbs.

I started SoCal Shih Tzu GT-R because my autistic son needed emotional support and a therapist suggested a service dog. We were able to find two great breeders who raised pups with gentle temperaments. My son started training these pups to eventually become his service dogs. Their ability to train and be affectionate became apparent quickly. That is when we decided to share our puppies with other

families. We believe health, socialization, and good temperament are the most important qualities for furry companions to have. Our pups get several vet health checks, including prenatal care, first shots, and deworming, as well as a wellness check before they are sent home with their forever families. Both dam and sire have Embark DNA tests and have amazing health records. From the age of 3 weeks to the time they go to their forever homes, our pups are socialized and exposed to a variety of people and other dogs.
