🐢 Meet Shellie! This sweet 4-month-old girl is ready to come out of her shell. 💕

Shellie was rescued from an overcrowded shelter when she was just a tiny kitten. Because she didn’t get much socialization early on, she can be a little shy. Her foster family lovingly nicknamed her “Shellie the Turtle” because she has mastered the art of burrowing under beds, toys, and blankets whenever she needs a little security. 🐢

But once Shellie feels safe, you get to see the sweet girl underneath that shy exterior. She loves curling up in your lap and snuggling in for warmth, and she’s really been gaining confidence at the adoption center. 🥹

Shellie would do best in a patient home with another playful, confident cat who can show her the ropes and help her come out of her shell.

Gandalf the Grey is here to deliver some motivation and cuddles 💗

Dolly Parton said to write down everything you like about yourself, so we’re going to share everything we like about Gandalf instead!

Gandalf is a cuddly, chill, gentle boy who loves seeking pets and rubbing against you for attention. He is 5 years old. He gets along well with other cats and is looking for a quiet home to serve his funny looks!

He is FIV+, which simply means he has a weakened immune system and will need routine vet care and should live indoors to live a long, healthy life. FIV is only transmittable to other cats through deep bite wounds.

Meet Graycie! 🩶

Graycie is a gorgeous 1-year, 3-month-old girl with a super-soft solid gray coat who is ready to find her forever home. She was adopted as a kitten into a loving home with two adult cats, but after her beloved hooman unexpectedly passed away in August, Graycie’s whole world changed. Now, she’s looking for a new family to love. 🥺

This girl is affectionate, outgoing, playful, and an absolute lap cat. She loves pets, cuddles, purring, playtime, catnip, friendly cats, and pretty much anything fun. And if there’s canned food involved? Even better. 😻

Graycie does have a dislocated third digit on her right hind paw and appears to be missing a neck joint based on an X-ray, but neither seems to slow her down. She runs, jumps, plays, cuddles, and does all the things a happy cat should do. ❤️

Meet Fen & Oz 🐾 These sweet 2-year-old brothers have come such a long way, and they’re ready to find a patient, loving forever home.

Fen and Oz came from a hoarding situation where they spent much of their early lives in cages. When they first arrived in foster care, they spent weeks hiding and were understandably cautious about people and their new surroundings. Now, they’re coming out of their shells more every day. 💛

Oz is the slightly braver brother. He loves Churu, dried minnows, wand toys, bird videos, and watching the world go by from the window. He’s gone from hiding when people entered the room to happily lying beside his humans, purring and making biscuits while getting pets.

Fen is the quieter, more cautious brother, but he’s making wonderful progress too. He loves his minnow treats, mouse wand toys, mealtime, and being near his people. He has an adorable little chirping meow and is learning to seek out affection on his own terms.

These two are incredibly bonded. Oz often helps Fen feel safe, and they love playing, napping, and keeping each other company. We would absolutely love to see them adopted together. ❤️

They’re looking for a calm, patient home where they can continue building confidence at their own pace. A busy or chaotic household and young children probably wouldn’t be the best fit, but older, respectful kids may be okay.

Meet Muffin 🧁💗

Muffin is a petite 1-year-old sweetheart with the personality of a giant kitten. She LOVES toys, craves attention, and will happily jump onto the counter if it means getting a few extra pets. She’s affectionate, people-oriented, and wants to be involved in whatever her humans are doing.

Muffin also gets along well with friendly cats and dogs, although her favorite place will always be right next to her people. 🥹

Muffin has a special medical need that her future family will need to be prepared for. She has only one functioning kidney after developing kidney stones at a young age. She eats a prescription renal diet and receives subcutaneous fluids to help keep her feeling her best. Her kidney function will likely shorten her lifespan, but no one can predict exactly what the future holds.

What we do know is that Muffin is a joyful, loving little cat who deserves to be cherished for every happy year she has ahead of her. ❤️ She has so much love to give and is looking for someone who will see her medical needs as just one small part of the wonderful cat she is.

🏡 Muffin is currently in a foster home, so she can be met by appointment.

Statistically, on average, black cats take about 30% longer to get adopted. They’re often overlooked, but black cats are just as special as every other cat and are all so deserving of loving, forever homes.
