Merry Christmas from RISE Therapeutic Equestrian Center home of RISE Rehab.

Beginning in 2026 RISE is transitioning to a new scheduling system! This will allow more flexibility to our clients and families as well as open up opportunities for us to meet new clients.

RISE now will schedule clients for weekly sessions or intensives for each season throughout the year:

A. Winter Season = January, February, March (sign ups open December 1st)
B. Spring Season = April, May, June (sign ups open March 1st)
C. Fall Season = September, October (sign ups open August 1st)
D. Holiday Season = November, December (sign ups open October 1st)

The first step is to complete a New Client Registration Form on our website: riserehab.org.

Thank you, San Antonio!

RISE celebrated 10 amazing years of serving our community last Saturday night with over 160 people gathering including a reunion of many former clients and volunteers.

We are deeply grateful to every guest, donor, volunteer and friend who made the celebration possible! Over 30 local businesses supported RISE through sponsorship or donations toward our raffle.

We celebrated our "Volunteers of the Decade":
JOE AND LINDA MARTINEZ for truly making the difference! And we met our goal of raising over $35,000 through ticket sales, donations and raffle ticket purchases.

These brave equestrians earned their medals for unimaginable achievements during a RISE Intensive and that will carry over into life: Riding with no assistance for balance, even for a few steps and communicating independently with their horse! Every milestone begins with showing up!

These girls work so hard. It started years ago with strengthening just to hold their head up with a helmet.
