Dear customers:
Due to the high impact the amount of reschedules and cancellations in the last month has had on our business and staff members’ wages, we have made a big decision:
‼️ STARTING JULY 20TH, 2026
💵 Normal mobile grooming prices will be applied to everyone (even past Pink Poodle customers) who cannot stick to a max of 8 weeks recurring schedule.
⚠️Meaning: Up to now, all Pink Poodle customers that used to come to our salon were getting $10 to $25 off our mobile services. But now, independently of this fact, if the dog is not on a recurring grooming schedule every 1 to 8 weeks, or pushes off their 8 week scheduled appointment past that 8th week, our normal pricing will now be applied to that and all future appointments.

🩷We hope you understand that this decision was made based on the amount of loss, stress and inconveniences we’ve been going through recently trying to work around everyone’s changes, schedules and unique situations. We are extremely accommodating: provide concierge services, offer weekend openings, work extended hours in the morning and the evening, etc. We believe we provide a lot of solutions to the customers that have to reschedule due to emergencies or require more flexibility. 🩷

Thank you for supporting our small business and we’ll continue to do our best for the loyal customers that value our work and our time. 🐩💖

What an amazing year this has turned out to be! 🙏🏻
💔After closing our salon on Jones Maltsberger Rd, we weren’t sure how much longer we would be able to stay doing what we love. Cautiously and with determination, we adapted to a mobile grooming routine, and transitioned one customer at a time, taking them through the process with us.
💖 We didn’t expect SO MANY of y’all to actually transition with us. We never imagined this would actually grow the way it has… we thought we would only have work one or two days a week… how wrong we were! 🙌🏻
We are currently operating Wednesday to Saturday with extended hours! 💪🏻
🚚 As many of you may know, we are an entire family of groomers and we were sharing our Medina family’s trailer (Pup Country Club), organizing it in a way that it could be used both in the Hill Country and San Antonio on a weekly basis… but now, we are happy to say that we are currently in the process of building our own grooming bus exclusively for Alexis, Jonathan (or Robert) and for our San Antonio customers! 👏 Soon there will be no more sharing, no more weekly blocked times, and no more scheduling nightmares for Andrea. 😅
🐶 We will now start the process to leave the Pink Poodle brand behind, merging with Pup Country Club and putting everything under the same umbrella… Thank you so much for your support and loyalty! 🥰
