Our Adoption Program:
Helotes Humane Society operates a foster-based rescue and adoption program, so all of our animals for adoption are kept in approved foster homes, allowing our rescued pets a safe haven and home environment to learn and grow in while they await their forever home, providing both the animal and adopter a head start on the adjustment process. This also allows our adoption team t

o provide insight about each animal's personality, temperament, training, and more. Our Community Programs:

Bow is a handsome young Terrier/Border Collie mix with a heart full of happiness and energy to spare! With his easy-care short coat and adorable white “sock” on his front leg, this sweet boy is as charming as they come. 🧡

Bow loves to play, explore, and make new friends. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he can run and zoom to his heart’s content. He’d also love a playful canine buddy to wrestle and learn from, but he’s just as happy soaking up attention and affection from his people.
