Meet Mina! 🐾
At just 4 months old, this adorable Cane Corso completed our 2-week on-leash Board and Train program. When she first arrived, Mina was hesitant and had low confidence. She was submissive and nervous around other dogs and didn’t tolerance environmental changes well.
Cane Corsos are powerful dogs. Without early guidance, their strength and natural instincts can become overwhelming for both the dog and the owner. Our goal was to help Mina and her mom navigate the world with confidence and a calm state of mind, rather than fear.
Over the course of these 14 days, we focused on:
🐾 Leash Communication
🐾 Building a foundation of consistent and reliable obedience commands
🐾 Exposing her to different surfaces, sounds, and obstacles to build her confidence.
🐾 Safe socialization with both dogs and humans
🐾 Owner education through multiple hands on lessons
We are so proud of Mina’s progress and can’t wait to see her continue to grow! 💙
