🐾 **UPDATE ON NEPTUNE** 🐾

Neptune went back home. From what we understand, his owner decided to take him back after all.

We don’t know all the details, but I want to sincerely thank everyone here for the overwhelming support—the comments, shares, messages, and even phone calls. So many people stepped up and showed how much they cared about Neptune, and I truly appreciate every single person who tried to help.

Most importantly, Neptune is no longer at the shelter. ❤️

We wish him nothing but the very best and hope he is safe, loved, and well cared for.

Thank you again, everyone, for all your help and support. 🐾❤️

⚠️ Please, do NOT use a laser pointer with your dog.

The psychological impact can be serious. Chasing a light they can never actually catch can lead to frustration, obsessive behaviors, and anxiety.

There are much healthier ways to play with and mentally stimulate your dog. 🐾

El impacto psicológico puede ser serio. Perseguir una luz que nunca pueden atrapar realmente puede generar frustración, ansiedad y comportamientos obsesivos.

UPDATE:

She was adopted.

Hi everyone! This beautiful girl’s name is Bitsy, and she’s looking for her forever home. ❤️

Bitsy is vaccinated, spayed, and trained. She’s about 40 lbs of pure joy and love.

She does have high energy, so she would do best in a home with a calm or low-energy dog. Bitsy also sometimes limps — we don’t know what happened in her past — so that’s something to keep in mind when considering adoption.

Sadly, she needs a new home because the manager of the building where she’s staying says she looks “scary.”

If anyone is interested in giving Bitsy the loving home she deserves, please reach out to me.

P.S. Scary are the people who give up on dogs.
