Do you have Film and would like to have it transferred to DVD but you don’t know how much you have or if it’s Regular or Super 8mm ?
Regular and Super 8 film are both 8mm wide with perforations on only one side. The films sprocket holes determine the film type.

The sprocket holes in Regular 8mm film are larger and almost square.
The sprocket holes in Super 8mm are elongated.
Sound film is identified by the Magnetic stripe along the edge of the film.
(Currently, Alamo DVD Solutions does not transfer Sound Regular 8mm or Sound Super 8mm)
