If anyone is looking for two older girls, please consider these two. They’ve had it rough and just want a loving home. Please share!
I posted about these two gorgeous girls a few days ago. They are running out of time and need a hero fast.
They are 8 year old bonded girls whose human mom died of cancer a couple of months ago. They were indoor/outdoor cats and litterbox trained. Currently they are outdoors and surviving by the grace of neighbors and friends. The mom had arranged with a family member to care for the cats when she passed but that family member did not honor her wishes. The house is now under contract and the family "just wants them gone".
I met Sophie and Sheila this morning and they are so beautiful, calm and loving. They would be easy for even a first time cat owner. I fell in love with them instantly and would have scooped them up but I have 7 unadoptable weirdos at home so unfortunately, I can't take anymore in.
Please share and help get these girls adopted. Rescues are full-full-full and older cats are always overlooked so it's difficult to get them into a rescue.
