Pet Works is sad to announce we will not be reopening. The Pet Works flock is preparing to move to another state and although we are excited for something new, we will be sad to leave so many wonderful bird, human and small animal friends behind. Our social media pages will stay up for a while incase anyone wants to know where to find something. There will be many folks and furry, feathered friends we will miss.

I have one cockatiel left in need of a home. This little cutie is fully weaned and eating well. Desperately wants to be out with people and rides around on my shoulders just fine. Starting to whistle more and more everyday. Contact me via our social media pages for more info.

This is a very interesting read. While it’s a pain in the butt, and pocket book, for us how much food ends up on the floor, there’s an ingrained, survivalist reason for it.

The behavior is so consistent across species and in the wild that some scientists think it must be intentional.

Our store is closed but I’m still in contact with a lot of vendors and creative people. Just had someone build this amazing play stand for the flock. 6ftx2ft, 6 dragon wood trees on one base with wheels. I just need to put my toy hooks in where I want. They are so excited!

Passing on the savings. I have used this for my whole flock and they LOVED it. Super easy and nutritious. I added it to their daily chop at dinner time and it made for a totally quiet 5 minutes. Lol
