Introducing AKC’s newest Champion German Shorthaired Pointer, Alvarado Farm’s Venus Moon! 🌙🏆

A huge thank you to her incredible handler, Jacey, for all of your hard work and dedication. We are so grateful to the AKC judges who recognized Venus Moon’s outstanding conformation and rewarded her with this incredible achievement.

This is just the beginning for our beautiful girl. While she shines in the show ring, we know she’s happiest doing what she was bred to do—getting back out in the field, finding birds, and showing off her natural talent.

Here’s to an amazing future filled with many more accomplishments. We couldn’t be prouder!

As we celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary, may we take a moment to reflect with gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy, the opportunities we’ve been given, and the sacrifices made by those who came before us to preserve them.

We hope your day is filled with family, friends, great food, and unforgettable memories. And from all of us at Alvarado Farm Kennels, don’t forget about your four-legged family members! Fireworks can be stressful for our dogs, so make sure they’re safely indoors, wearing identification, and getting a little extra love and reassurance tonight.

ColdMoon from Our Venus Moon is heading to her forever home today. Her new name is Alvarado Farm’s Sweet Potato Pie with a call name of MoonPie. She is a Venus Moon doppelgänger for sure! Beautiful Confident girl with her momma’s wiggly bottom! 💕💕🐾🐾
