Groundwork isn’t just for young horses.
It’s not just for problem horses.
And it’s definitely not optional.

I don’t care the age, the breed, the size, or the discipline…if you’re handling a 1,000+ pound animal, groundwork is your safety net.

It’s where communication gets clear.
It’s where responsiveness is confirmed.
And it’s where holes show up before they turn into wrecks under saddle.

There’s no cop out.
“No time,” “he’s broke,” “he’s just lazy” none of that holds up when things go wrong.

If your horse can’t be safe, soft, and responsive on the ground…
you’ve got no business expecting it under saddle.

Stop making excuses. Do the groundwork.
