Challenges and obstacles business owners and groomers face. Im making this a topic today! I guess my previous post didnt catch to much attention or made much sense so let me clarify.

We where given a bad rating . Extremely disappointing and shocking. Based on pushing a pet past there limitations and failed to adhear knowledge about there felines anatomy , Im going to capitalize some things.

I do not push an animal past its limits during grooming . The rating doesn't bother me so much its the principal.

So just to clarify for anyone confused I’m a groomer, not someone running a
see how much stress this pet can take challenge. (See post previous)

I work with animals based on their comfort, behavior, and safety not unrealistic expectations or pressure to force results at any cost EVEN if its risks unsatisfied customers . Some pets need patience, breaks, or adjustments, or simply we are wrapping it up for the day and that’s part of doing the job responsibly and safely..

If the expectation is that I ignore fear, stress, or clear boundaries just to “get it done,” make the money then I am NOT the right groomer for you!!!!!! I cannot stress this.

I’ll continue doing what I do best providing safe, humane grooming that puts the animal first, Thats not an experience you had with my company thats being selfish. Its humanity over vanity here at Hallzpetgroomz! We in it for the pets not cat walks!

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE you book with me, you’re booking a trained and experienced groomer who understands proper coat lengths, blade selections, grooming techniques, and canine/feline anatomy. These decisions are not random or based on preferences they are intentional and made with your pet’s safety and well-being in mind.

I do not rush grooms, and I do not push pets beyond what they can comfortably handle. Unlike a still model, pets move, react, and sometimes have their own opinions about the process. Shocking, I know. We are dealing with Live animals.

Every groom is done with patience, care, and a strong knowledge base developed over time. I stand behind my work and the standards I uphold.
If you value a groomer who prioritizes safety, professionalism, and doing things correctly you’re exactly where you need to be
