25 years ago today, we remember September 11, 2001.

Today, we honor the lives lost and remember the brave first responders, volunteers, and search-and-rescue dogs who served in the aftermath.

Hundreds of search-and-rescue dogs were deployed to Ground Zero and the Pentagon, working tirelessly to search for survivors, support crews, and bring comfort during some of the darkest days. Their courage, loyalty, and unwavering dedication are a powerful reminder of the extraordinary ways animals can serve and comfort us in times of need. ❤️
