🐕‍🦺MISSION🐕‍🦺 This handsome German Shepherd mix is actually a lot smaller than he looks! If you're looking for a great, smart Shepherd but prefer a more manageable size, please go meet Mission!! He is such a fun boy, and we are surprised he is still out there!

Mission is estimated to be about 2 years old, which is a wonderful age that's already out of the puppy chaos phase but still wants to learn and has a lot of good years left! This boy is such a cool character. He needs someone who will stand by him, and he will make an awesome buddy for some lucky adopter.

🐕LETTUCE and her two other litter-mates who are still waiting for homes are officially the longest-stay dogs in the whole shelter‼️ These are Jackie Sparrow's puppies, the one-eyed mama dog who was seized in a custody case and was recently saved by CV PAWS. Now her last three puppies need a miracle to make it out of the shelter too!!

The pup shown here is LETTUCE, and she is too precious to put into brief words. This girlie is so sweet and longing for attention. She wants nothing more than to give someone all the love that she's been forced to hold inside her whole life. If you're looking for puppy love, she has exactly what you need!🐾❤️

We volunteers don't know what kind of past they've had, but we know it wasn't pleasant. And through it all, she is still a total lovebug. She is estimated to be about 5 months old - a great age to bring home and start teaching routines and fun commands!

This great little puppy deserves so much more than what the world has given her. She just needs a good person to give her a chance.

Come along as we give the pups on Row 5 at the animal shelter treats!! ☀🦴
The pups may not get much as far as enrichment goes during their stressful stay at the shelter, so a generous pet lover donated a large amount of treats that we got permission to hand out yesterday!

We hope it adds a little bit of joy to their day!

🍯HONEY!🍯 This precious girl recently arrived at the shelter, and we believe she was an owner surrender. But one look at this adorable face, and we know she won't last long out there!

We regret that we didn't have time to take her out during our last trip, but we couldn't help but to share her kennel footage. She is just too much cuteness.

🖤We think it's finally Reem's turn to be featured for Forgotten Dog Friday!!🖤 On Fridays we highlight the black shelter dogs to help fight back against black dog syndrome!

And this sweet little pup has been overlooked for far too long! Reem is initially quite nervous in the shelter and it takes some encouragement, and sometimes a little assistance, to get her to trust us enough to come out of her kennel. She's a smart smart girl.

☀ But once she is outside in the sunshine and feels the breeze and touches grass, she's such a sweet lover girl!! Reem is a smaller sized girl (maybe technically medium, but close to a small size), and is estimated to be 2 years old. So she is already fully grown and is just perfect!!

We think she was found as a stray, and sadly nobody ever came to claim her. But even with a hard past, this girlie is sweet and affectionate once you earn her trust. And it is so worth it!🖤🐾

Reem is another who is a long stay and high-risk! She needs to find a hero ASAP, so PLEASE SHARE her to help her make it out!

🎉🎉UPDATE: OUTBACK HSS BEEN ADOPTED!! 🎉🎉

🩵A big THANK YOU goes to Love N' Leashes Dog Training to volunteering her time to helping the shelter dogs!!! The shelter had a lot of new intakes yesterday, so we are worried about these great dogs who have been there the longest.

We have been looking forward to showing off Outback Steak House (we didn't choose her name) for a while, and we cant believe this beautiful girl has been waiting as long as she has.

Outback has full Labrador Retriever personality, the pretty face, sweet and gentle nature, and loving characteristics you can expect from this popular breed. She would make a great family dog and loyal friend for life.🖤

There's no reason this sweet girl should still be sitting in the shelter. 💔
