Thank you to all the fantastic Customer Service Representatives out there helping our teams be all they can be to serve your pets well.

Veterinary reception is not “just answering phones.”

It is emotional triage.
It is operational control.
It is being kind when people are rude.
It is being precise when everything is moving at once.
And somehow still smiling through all of it.

That is not “just reception.”
That is skill.
That is labor.
That is intelligence.
That is leadership.

The Vet CSR exists because this role deserves to be seen clearly.

This year we will be having different hours for Spring Break.

Tuesday and Thursday our office will be closed, but there will be someone checking voicemails if needing to refill prescriptions or needing to get on the schedule for either Wednesday or Friday. Please give them a couple of hours to get back to you. We will resume regular business hours March 23rd.

We hope everyone enjoys their vacations that they have planned and get to their destinations safely!
