My schedule has gotten very busy and I’m oh so thankful for all my lovely clients! I’m currently not scheduling anyone that doesn’t have an appointment schedule set for at least the remainder of the year! Thank you!

That being said - I’ve had two no shows this week. It’s Tuesday yall!!! I work with my clients as I understand life is hard and always give free passes, however with my schedule being booked so tightly it will become difficult to fit a no show in on another day as well as I’ve turned someone else down for the appointment AND I’m out that income that my family counts on as I can’t usually fill a last minute appointment by the time I’ve decided someone is a no show and not just late.

Effective immediately I will be sending invoices for no show appointments for the full cost of the groom scheduled. These will need to be paid before they are rescheduled. And you may have to wait until your next appointment time before I can fit you in! This means a dog that is on a 6 weeks schedule may have to go 12 weeks, most dogs will then be matted or impacted by then and will likely take more time causing yet another additional charge that I will assess as needed.
