He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. He has a professional interest in avian and exotic medicine. errets and birds. Dr. Charlie T. Tucker is originally from Tupelo and worked several years at Saltillo Small Animal Hospital before attending college. After receiving his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi Sate University in 2012, our hospital was extremely fortunate to receive him back again. Dr. Tucker enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine; however, he has a special interest in challenging internal medicine cases along with emergency and critical care cases. In his free time, Dr. Tucker enjoys fly fishing, fly tying, attending concerts and spending time with his two weimaraners, Mick and Penelope. Working with our doctors is a professionally trained staff of veterinary technicians, kennel technicians, and receptionists who offer a full array of services, including health examinations, laboratory testing, radiology )x-ray and ultrasound), surgery, dentistry, boarding adn grooming. Our staff believes that the health care your pets receive throughout their lifetimes can minimize and prevent disease.
