Say hello to Blue!

Taking a short pause from doggo spotlights to tell everyone a little bit more about who we are and what we do! We’ve noticed many of the wonderful people in Salmon don’t even know we exist and want to share a little more info about us!

We are a non profit (donations based) dog rescue and sanctuary local to Salmon Idaho, established in 2020 by owner David Roe. We currently have 20 dogs in our care most of which are ready for adoption! Our shelter focuses on “behaviorally challenged” dogs meaning most of these pups were surrendered due to behavior complications. However this does not make these dogs “unlovable” or “too hard to home” and every one of them is still one of the sweetest beings you’ll ever come across. This just means they may need a little extra guidance and love!
Not to mention the owner here at the rescue has over 20 YEARS of dog training experience and has trained THOUSANDS of dogs!! We provide FREE training to dogs adopted from us as well as continued support even after the adoption process! (If you are interested in training aside from adoption please reach out via PM!!)

Now that you know a little more about us and what we do, we hope to see some new faces and meet some more of the amazing people that live here 🩷🐾
