As the months get hotter we worry about overheating in our pets. Please remember when leaving in vehicles to open windows, have water available, & leave AC on if possible.

Dehydration in pets is a dangerous medical emergency where the body loses more fluids and electrolytes than it takes in. It can escalate to organ failure or be fatal if left untreated. Immediate veterinary care is required if your pet shows signs of severe lethargy, sunken eyes, or prolonged skin tenting.

Siblings come in all different shapes & sizes. In this case a different breed. Look at how much Nala (dachshund) loves her big sister Coco (pitbull). We had to do a little photo shoot to show how cute these girls are together. They even have separation anxiety from each other. Coco will whine until her little sister is near her. So cute! 🐾❤️🐶

Friendly reminder when you plan to walk your furry friends. As the days are getting warmer so is the cement. Please be cautious when walking your dogs. If it’s too hot for you it’s definitely too hot for them. Think about protective wear or changing the times you go on walks to make it more comfortable for you and your pet. If your pet gets heat blisters please contact your veterinarian or your nearest emergency. ‼️ 🥵 🐾🐶🐕‍🦺
