Our sweet pup got injured and had surgery yesterday. We don't know what happened. Signs of projectile trauma (like bb gun or some other forceful impale). We don't think anyone shot her so I've been walking the property today to try and figure out what she got into. She's getting lots of love, sleeping a lot and otherwise behaving like her normal goofy self. Staples out in two weeks.

Our 5 month old keeper pup, at Gentle Giant Newfoundlands in Kansas. From Sky / Phoenix litter. Beautiful girl!!! Oh, and super sweet.

We took these two to the vet for rabies vaccine. One has a UTI, and started meds. The one Matt is holding has the UTI, we didn't want to let her explore until we got the urine sample!!! These are our keeper pups from Willow and Grizz.

We've been off-line recently. Matt's grandma passed away. Here she is, 103 years old, holding a newborn Newfoundland pup. She was always interested in our lives and this incredible woman will be missed.
