🐾💕 Pocket-Sized Patient Alert! 💕🐾

Ruby Tuesday quickly decided that Dr. Deneke's pocket was the perfect place to spend her visit! 😻

This sweet little kitten curled up in the pocket of Dr. Deneke's scrubs and looked completely content. With all the cuddles, warmth, and attention she could ask for, it's safe to say Ruby Tuesday made herself right at home.

We can't get over how adorable she looked peeking out of that pocket! Tiny kittens have a special way of stealing our hearts, and Ruby Tuesday certainly stole ours. ❤️🐾

Our veterinary assistant, Summer, successfully placed her very first IV catheter in her surgery patient, Lexi! 🐾💙

Placing an IV catheter is an important skill that allows us to safely administer fluids, medications, and anesthesia during procedures. We are so proud of Summer for her hard work, dedication, and willingness to keep learning and growing in veterinary medicine.

Of course, we can't forget about sweet Lexi, who was the perfect patient! She stayed calm and cooperative, helping make Summer's first catheter placement a success. 🐶✨

After her procedure, Lexi continued to be a star patient during recovery. As she was waking up from surgery, she gave us all a good laugh by sticking her tongue out at us! 😝 It was a cute reminder that even after surgery, our patients always find ways to brighten our day.

Both Summer and Lexi did an amazing job today, and we are excited to celebrate this accomplishment with them. Be sure to help us congratulate Summer on this special milestone! 🎊👏

Today was filled with wagging tails, puppy kisses, and plenty of cuddles! We had the pleasure of seeing some adorable puppies, including Bogey, Sadie, and Lexi, and they all did an amazing job during their visits.

From sweet snuggles to brave vaccine appointments, these pups made our day a little brighter and reminded us why we love what we do. 🐶❤️

Nothing beats a day spent with happy, healthy puppies! 🐾✨

One of our favorite gentle giants stopped by for his appointment! 🐾💙
Hyde, our handsome Great Dane friend, was patiently waiting for his appointment when he decided the bench looked like the perfect place to sit and relax. Seeing such a big boy perched so politely on a bench was almost too cute to handle!
As always, Hyde was an absolute sweetheart and the very definition of a good boy. Calm, patient, and full of charm, he sat quietly while waiting his turn and soaked up all the attention from the team. It's hard not to smile when Hyde walks through our doors!
We always enjoy seeing his familiar face, and watching him make himself comfortable on the bench was a sweet reminder of why we love what we do. From his gentle personality to those lovable Great Dane manners, Hyde has a special way of making everyone's day a little brighter.
Thanks for another wonderful visit, Hyde! We love having you as part of our clinic family and can't wait to see you again soon. 🐶✨❤️

Meet Kevin Jose! 🐾💙
This handsome little kitten came in today for his wellness exam and vaccines. While Kevin was very brave... he also had some very strong opinions about getting his vaccine. 😹 There may have been a little drama, a few protests, and plenty of kitten-sized complaints.
To help keep him safe and comfortable, we wrapped him up in a cozy little "kitten burrito" 🌯 for his vaccine. Once the scary part was over, Kevin quickly decided that being wrapped up wasn't so bad after all.
In fact, he was so relieved that he fell asleep right in his burrito while we finished his appointment 🥹💤
From dramatic vaccine critic to professional nap enthusiast in just a few minutes! We loved spending time with this sweet boy and can't wait to watch him grow. ❤️🐱

🐾 Meet this brave little kitten! 🐾

This sweet boy came to see us after his family noticed what appeared to be a wound on his neck. Upon examination, we discovered that the culprit was actually a Cuterebra (also known as a rodent bot fly) hiding beneath the skin!

To make the process as stress-free and comfortable as possible, we gave him a mild sedative and carefully removed the Cuterebra. He handled the procedure like a champ and was surrounded by plenty of love and care from our team throughout his visit. 💙

Cuterebra, or rodent bot flies, are parasites that can occasionally affect cats and other animals, especially those who spend time outdoors. They create small openings in the skin where the larva lives and grows, often causing swelling that can easily be mistaken for a wound, abscess, or infected area. If you ever notice an unusual lump, swelling, or draining area on your pet, it's always a good idea to have it checked by your veterinarian.

We're happy to report that this little guy is doing very well, healing nicely, and is already on the road to recovery! 🐱✨

🐾💙 Peek-a-Boo, Peter! 💙🐾

Peter the Chihuahua gave us all a good laugh during his visit when he decided the best place to be was tucked safely under his blanket! Every time we walked by, he would pop his little face out as if he was playing a game of peek-a-boo with the staff. 🥰

While veterinary visits can sometimes make our furry friends a little nervous, bringing along a favorite blanket or comfort item can help them feel more secure and relaxed. Peter certainly knew how to make himself cozy! 🐶✨

We loved seeing his sweet personality shine through as he peeked out from his blanket to check on everyone before ducking back under again. Moments like these remind us that every pet has their own unique way of feeling comfortable and expressing themselves.

Thank you, Peter, for brightening our day with your adorable game of hide-and-seek! We hope you're enjoying lots of cuddles and cozy blanket time at home. ❤️🐾
