Crate training is all about creating a positive relationship. The easiest way to do this is with something they already love.... FOOD.
Meals in the crate help puppies:
• Create a positive association
• Learn to settle in their own space
• Build independence (without stress)
• Prevent future crate resistance
Right now, it is not about forcing a duration, but teaching them that this space is safe, predictable, and theirs.

Biscotti's first groom ✂🛁
He got a bath, a blow-dryer, teeth cleaning, trimming, and nail trimming. He had a very positive experience, and the groomer took the time to tell them to work with an electric toothbrush on the nails to help with the vibrations of the Dremel. This is exactly the kind of report we love, and we also appreciate seeing a groomer take the time to give feedback to help future visits. Success!!

Bringing a puppy home to an established dog isn't just an introduction; it is a process.
It is all about respect, space, and guidance. Best friends will come if you start correctly.
Calm, neutral meetings. Let them observe, move, and communicate without pressure. No forced interactions.
Your older dog doesn't need to love your puppy and probably won't immediately. They need to feel secure. Protect their space, keep routines consistent.
Your puppy is learning everything about the world. Social cues, boundaries, and that life doesn't revolve around them.
Some dogs click instantly, some take time. Both are normal.
The goal is to build trust and a relationship that lasts.
