SIGN UP NOW: RATTLESNAKE AVOIDANCE TRAINING

WHEN: Saturday, June 29th
WHERE: Ouray Working Dog Club, 7800 County Rd 146 Salida, CO 81201
HOST: Marsha Boggs
COST: $125 ($50 for rechecks)

Dogs rarely naturally fear snakes. Their curiosity can lead to a rattlesnake bite which is painful, may cause permanent tissue damage, ALWAYS requires immediate veterinary care and, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

GUEST TRAINER: Sublime Canine's Jay Belcher.

THE PROCESS:
Wearing an electric shock collar, your dog is allowed to find and approach a live, de-venomized, rattlesnake. Once interested and curious, the dog gets a stimulus from the electric collar -- creating an association of (negative) stimulation with the rattlesnake. Like kids with a hot stove, the dog learns to stay away.

THE SNAKE: Sublime Canine uses live Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes who have had their venom glands surgically removed by a licensed veterinarian.

CONTACT: Call or text Sublime Canine at 520-975-0878 to register.

Super p**p scoopers!
"Our names are Noah and Holcomb and we are starting a summer business where we pick up dog p**p.
We can do weekly jobs for $10 a yard (very large yards may be more).
We can go anywhere in Salida that we can ride to on our bikes, but can't cross Highway 50 and can't go out to Poncha.
We are hard workers and can get the job you hate done!
