Gods Country Taxidermy My name is Daniel Gowans and I've always had a dream about starting taxidermy and I decided it was time to make that happen may it be God's will. Proverbs 16:3

I will specialize in deer, coyote, bobcat, and other small mammals.

All youth hunters will receive $150 off their mount. Your kid must be the one to harvest and check in the deer. We are excited to make a child's whitetail a lifelong memory.

Good luck to all the hunters that are going out tomorrow for opening day of bow season. Give me a call or shoot me a text if you get one and decide you want to put it on the wall. If I dont answer right away I will get back to you as soon as possible. Even if you dont get one just get out and enjoy God's creation. Good luck everyone and have a safe season.

Genesis 27:3, "Now then, take your weapons, your quiver and your bow, and go out to the field and hunt game for me."

Every animal that comes through the shop represents a memory.
Maybe it's a father and son's first hunt.
Maybe it's a husband remembering a special trip.
Maybe it's a child taking their first deer.
The mount preserves more than an animal.
It preserves a moment.
God gave me a love for the outdoors.
He gave me the ability to work with my hands.
He put the idea in my heart.
My job was to put the business in His hands.
Starting a business comes with doubt.
Hard work.
Expenses.
Mistakes.
Days when you wonder if you're doing the right thing.
But faith sometimes means taking the next step because you believe God put you on the path.
And thats what its all about here at Gods Country Taxidermy. I strive everyday to get better to bring your memories to life.
